Medium: 18"x24" charcoal on cold press

This self portrait was created using charcoal on paper. The twist comes in that I changed one thing about myself in the picture, being that I gave myself a goatee. The portrait focuses on capturing the lights and darks of the highlights and shadows, especially in my sweatshirt and hair.
